Our first ever vintage sparkling white wine, made from our 2017 harvest of Seyval Blanc grapes.
 
This was harvested at a time to optimise fruit flavours and acidity. Aged on the lees, it has aromas of lemon and lime. It balances well with brioche and a creamy mousse.
 
We recommend this wine be enjoyed with seafood or on its' own for a celebration!
